Inside their own network, the founders kept hearing the same thing. Property management came in shapes that didn't fit: expensive and underdelivering, more affordable but well below an acceptable standard, or simply not built for an owner who wanted to be genuinely free of it. There was no option for someone who needed their home held — kept to a standard they wouldn't have to police.
